How To Have More Energy

Have you experienced the time when you feel completely drained and unable to do anything productive? This can happen at any time of the day and may not depend on anything external that you do. I certainly experienced this, so I decided to find if it’s possible to be consistently full of energy.

When you are searching for answers, they are always given, but if you are not open to receive them, you will not. Whenever I want to find something out, I do, through conversations with friends or clients or I get hold of the book that contains the exact answer to my question. It may take some time though, but the key here is to keep expecting to get the answer to your question.

So this way I became aware of two great ways to have more energy and avoid the feeling of being drained. So the first thing you should do, is to…

Change your sleeping patterns

Although you may not realise this, but sleeping long hours is in fact harmful to you. If you sleep over eight hours, then you are doing more harm than good to your body. After such a long time dedicated to sleep you will  wake up feeling tired and numb and the whole day will be unproductive. People who sleep too long may also suffer from other negative conditions, such as sleepwalking or their immune system may get weaker as a result.

Four to six hours is more than enough of sleeping time for most people. However, we sometimes force our bodies to rest even when there is no need for that. We do that purely out of the habit or the belief that it’s good for us.

Another disadvantage of sleeping for too long is that the energy peaks become weaker during the day. The whole day seems to go smoothly, without any times when you feel especially productive. Productivity peaks should be sharp and well-felt, but if you sleep long hours, you miss such experience therefore you accomplish much less than you could.

When you sleep less, however,  you experience certain times during the day when you can do large amounts of work without getting tired. You also feel more energetic the whole day and the feeling of being drained occurs less often. That’s definitely beneficial for everyone.

So what your sleeping patterns should be like? As far as I’ve found out, it’s good to sleep twice in a 24 hour period. You should spend around 4 hours sleeping during the night and a an hour or two during the day.

I will try this sleeping pattern myself and see how it goes. Such sleeping pattern really resonates with me so I think that it will benefit me. I decided to sleep from 2 am to 6 am and from 5 pm to 7 pm. I think this pattern will suit me perfectly because I noticed that the time after midnight is quite productive for me. So because of such sleeping pattern I will be able to not only work daytime, but at night too.

The benefits of the new sleeping pattern

I’ve found out that if you sleep several times in a 24-hour period, your body will renew itself quicker. This means that your body will be in a better condition and the ageing process will be delayed.

Another benefit of such sleeping pattern is that you will become more creative and you will be able to solve problems faster.  As I said before, you will have more energy and you will be able to accomplish much more as a result.

Your psychic abilities will develop quicker. That may be beneficial for some, but not all. I, for example, would quite like my psychic abilities to improve. But for people who are scared of such things nothing will happen anyway, because you will consciously block such improvements. You can only experience psychic development if you want this to happen.

Such sleeping pattern will also be beneficial for your emotional state. You will experience less mood swings and you will feel positive more often.

Your thinking process will be clearer, your memory will improve and you will learn new concepts quicker too.

The second way to increase your energy levels

You can greatly increase your energy if you change not only your sleeping patterns, but eating patterns too.

It’s very disadvantageous for your body to digest large portions of food. You overload your body’s digestive system and that causes you to feel lazy. When you go to sleep and sleep for a long time, you cause your body to starve because it doesn’t receive food for 6 or more hours. So this extreme process wears your body out and makes it weaker.

It’s much better to eat many portions a day but these portions should be very small. Such eating habit will be easy for your digestive system to handle and your metabolism will get quicker. This means that the food will be digested more rapidly and the rest of the energy will be available for other activities.

Without even knowing this information I was eating this way for around a year. I definitely feel the benefits of such eating habit. I feel much more energetic and positive. I don’t feel lazy after I’ve eaten because I eat in small portions. I also suspect that such eating keeps my body’s immune system stronger, but I’m not entirely sure about that.

If you eat raw food, you will get further benefits. By raw food I mean food that still has pure life energy, such as fruit or vegetables. Processed foods have lost most of the beneficial ingredients, so they don’t provide much benefits to your body. However raw food gives you additional energy and causes you to feel more positive.

So these two simple changes can greatly increase your energy levels making you more positive, productive and keeping your mind clear.
